The CONNECT project established a network of European expertise in the domain of Flexible Transport Services (FTS). The project brought together 23 partners from 11 EU countries.
CONNECT project is a Co-ordination Action financed by the European Commission under the Sixth Framework Programme for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration, and co-ordinated by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Research.
The CONNECT project has created Europe’s leading source of information on Flexible Transport systems.
This is provided by the web portal www.flexibletransport.org, which contains information on ongoing activities in the field of FTS, containing training materials on FTS and has an extensive Virtual Library.
