PASSENGER ASSISTANT TRAINING
ATF regularly runs training courses for Passenger Assistants/ Passenger Escorts. PAT’s is the nationally recognised training standard and courses are designed in a modular format. The aim of the training is to recognise the role of the passenger assistant in ensuring that passengers who require care and supervision enjoy a safe and comfortable journey.
